Massage Ball

An easy-to-use mobility tool with spikes. lt is ideal for massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology, relaxation exercises and hand therapy. lt offers stimulation feedback while relaxing fingers, legs, feet and back. The ball is ideał for finger and grip exercisers. The ball can be inflated to adjust the degree of hardness.

Indications:

• Post-traumatic hand rehabilitation.
• Muscle wasting or weakening of the muscles.
• Circulatory disorders.
• Massage and acupressure .

Contraindications:

• Occurrence of pain during exercise.
• Conditions immediately following bone sprains or fractures.
• Incomplete bone union.
• Inflammation of joints and periarticular tissues.
• Swelling.
• Fresh postoperative scars or other wounds.

Maintenance: Clean the ball with lukewarm water and soap before use. Dry away from artificial heat sources.
