Preparation for using Qmed Acupressure Set:

Put the mat on the bed or something soft. Carefully lie down on it or place only the chosen part of the body, such as the feet or the neck, in such a way as to avoid skin irritation. Adjust your position to feel comfortable. The first couple of minutes on your QMED ACUPRESSURE SET can be experienced as a bit painful, but relatively swiftly the pain changes into a feeling of well-being and relaxation. When you start, it could be a good idea to have a thin cloth between you and the mat - for example, a T-shirt - if you are extra sensi¬tive. Take deep, slow breaths, relax and enjoy. Start the therapy with a few short 5-minute long sessions. As your body gets used to it, you can prolog the session to 40 minutes a day. To get the best result, use it daily.

Maintenance:

Put the mat in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Carefully wet the mat with your hands. After squeezing and draining, leave the decomposed sheet to dry at room temperature. Be careful with the spiked discs to avoid cutting your hands. Do not wash the mat in a washing machine.
