This exercise ball is an inflatable ball used to strengthen muscles, improve posture and help prevent back pain. Exercise Ball is recommended by professionals as a part of everyday training for those people where safety is a primary concern such as pregnant women and elderly people.

Qmed Ani-Burst Gym Ball is a very safe product designed to deflate slowly if punctured. The product is intended for indoor use on flat and hard surfaces. 

Attention! Do not inflate beyond the maximum stated diameter. Keep away from sharp objects, fire and other sources of heat. Always consult your physician before starting a new training. The material the ball is made of may need expanding to reach expected diameter. It is recommended to fill the ball with the air to 80-85% and complete blowing after few next hours to get the final size.

Indications:

Contraindications:

• Before starting new sets of exercises, it is recommended to consult a physiotherapist or physiotherapist.

Use:

• Remove the white stopper from the ball 25 cm, then insert the mouthpiece and blow to inflate the ball.
• Put the cap back on after inflation.
• Pump the ball gradually to allow the material to stretch slowly.
• To achieve the optimal size of the ball after 24 hours, inflate the air until the ball reaches the assigned size (repeat the action if necessary)

Maintenance: Wash the product after use under running water with a mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources.
