Use:

3. The massager works in two planes: with a rolling motion, slowly turn your head to the right and left, and then slightly direct your chin towards the breastbone, then towards the ceiling.
4. Do the action several times, when you feel that the pain is minimizing and the tension is gone, repeat the action on the next painful place.
5. Do not stop in one position for a long time.
